Hugo Loves Tiki has done it again! One of my all time favorite children’s companies, they continue to floor me season after season. Cheyenne Norris is the founder and designer and has the most amazing eye for detail and beautiful prints that both kids and adults love. Think whimsical swans, vibrant fruit, and smiling bunnies.

This season they teamed up with Kip&Co and produced a gorgeousss bedding collection with reversible prints. The prints I chose for Lillie are from the Hugo Loves Tiki SS18 collection – seahorses and clams in a gorgeous palette of pinks and lilacs. Each piece is so so soft and beautifully made. Lillie LOVES her new bedding and I know it’s a set that she will still adore years from now in her big girl room.

A few snaps of my boy that make me happy. We are in this awkward phase with his hair – it’s not long but not short, it gets in his eyes, and most days I pull it up into a very manly bun or pony (which I honestly LOVE). I’ve asked him several times if he wants a haircut and the answer is always no so we are waiting it out until it’s longer which I think I think will be adorable for Fall! Any who, summer days are around the corner and I’m excited for his first official romp of the season in our local splash pad. 8 weeks left of just my boy and I and I plan to make every moment count. Lots of mama and Lucas dates to come.

Oh my..PINK! The sweetest packages have started to arrive for bebe girl and seriously, how adorable are these teeny teeny beauties? Although I love color and brights, I just think a little babe is scrumptious in creams and whites. Throw in a touch of the perfect pink and now I’m swooning. That gorgeous baby bracelet is from the amazing Scosha jewelry collection – her baby collection just launched and it’s absolutely divine. The bracelet even has her birthstone and it’s incredible – a gift I will always treasure.

BUMP STYLE | 25 WEEKS

The weather was amazing this past weekend (although jackets were still required for part of the day..I’m trying not to complain here..). We celebrated a friends birthday in Central Park and after the festivities we strolled around, ate ice cream, and enjoyed the blossoms showing off everywhere.

I’m so fortunate to have been able to work with A Pea in the Pod and Destination Maternity this pregnancy. I popped rather quickly and having staples that I can throw on and feel amazing in have really helped when dressing my growing bump. I have been living in these jeans and I swear I can wear them at least 5 times without washing (tmi?) because the stretch is just that good. This soul mates tee is pretty amazing – it’s so so soooftttt and $5 from every purchase is donated to Baby Buggy. Wins. PS – I couldn’t resist adding that adorable toddler face up there!

Oh ya know. Just a typical laid back afternoon with the boys. Cheetos (eep!), video games, and lots and lots of cuddles. I just love these two. Mine all mine. And that top knot? Swoon. My mother may or may not be trying to persuade me into taking the boy for a haircut but I am just loving this length. The back of his hair is starting to curl up again (we lost all his baby curls after his first cut a year ago. A YEAR!) and it’s giving me all the long hair don’t care feelings.

MAMA AND LEÓN WEAR AND A NOLA UPDATE

A quick iPhone photo shoot courtesy of papi before we went off to stuff our faces with pasta and salad 😉 Many of you asked via Instagram where you could find my shoes and they’re currently on sale here. They run true to size and are super comfy – perfect for chasing after the little man. My sweater is also on sale (wahoo!) but sadly I couldn’t find my pants online (these are similar). Lucas’s shirt is from Hugo Loves Tiki and has been a heavy rotation item in his wardrobe. It’s super light-weight and extra adorable. His moccs are from Freshly Picked and are limited edition butterscotch.

In other news, Ivan and I are headed to New Orleans. Our first solo vacation in 3 years. To say I’m excited would be a major understatement. Of course nothing is packed and I have a million errands to run before dropping señor Lucas off at grandma’s but who cares when adult beverages and alone time with my man are around the corner. NOLA we are coming for you! 

HUGO LOVES TIKI

My tiny garcon and I adore Union Square park. Sunday morning we were headed to a very special photo shoot with Sakura Bloom (eek! I will be sharing more soon!) and when the cab pulled up to our favorite entrance (yes, toddlers have a favorite EVERYTHING) we took a few minutes to relax and enjoy the weather. A big thank you to Hugo Loves Tiki for Lucas’s adorable sweater and mamas new favorite Spring bag! I’m so in love with the entire collection and I can’t wait to hang these prints (this and THIS!) in Lucas’s new room. Tomorrow we are expecting a snow storm so back to jacket weather it is.
